Your Donations Improve Lives in so Many Ways
We take for granted the care and supplies we receive in U.S. hospitals. In the Caribbean, medical supplies are expensive, limited and often unavailable. Please help us make a difference with your tax deductible donation. 100% of the donations received are directed to the purchase of medical supplies: sterile pillow case covers for pediatric and ICU patients, diapers, bandages, walkers, crutches and canes . . . and teddy bears to comfort sick children.

Fundraising Drive Update
Caribbean Medical Services Association has begun a fundraising drive for in-kind and cash donations to support the following initiatives:
Collection of non-cash donations with a particular focus on surplus and state-of the-art medical and dental supplies and equipment to include an MRI, CAT Scan, kidney dialysis, first aid kits, toothbrushes and toothpaste, single mattresses, medical pillow case covers, and software for medical services and training.
Caribbean Medical Services Association will also seek the collection of cash donations to provide funds to hospitals, charitable and private medical clinics, and first responders with financial resources necessary for education and training for the implementation of medical technologies and donated equipment. Expenses include alterations to hospitals for shielded rooms, electrical upgrades, transportation of medical eaquipment and physicians donating services, training, and for the supporting of fund raising and administrative expenses.
Donations also fund also provide for the travel of physicians and staff to provide medical training and aid to hospitals and people in St. Kitts and Nevis. Without proper training, the donated medical equipment would be pull to ill use even though there is an urgent need for these diagnostic tools, especially in pediatric and elderly care.
Standards for Charity Accountability
Caribbean Medical Services Association conforms and operates within the BBB Wise Giving Alliance Standards for Charity Accountability which were developed to assist donors in making sound giving decisions and to foster public confidence in charitable organizations. The standards seek to encourage fair and honest solicitation practices, to promote ethical conduct by charitable organizations and to advance support of philanthropy.
Caribbean Medical Services is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Please contact us if you would prefer to directly donate medical supplies and equipment in lieu of funds. We can arrange for shipping and delivery, and we can also put you in direct contact with our vendors.
However you wish to donate, we need and appreciate your generous support. The donations are well managed by the recipients. There is no waste or abuse of resources or donations.
